STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS  

Your acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined are required to process your reservation. Pre-payment by credit card and subsequent confirmation by Silver Wing NZ Ltd is accepted as confirmation of your booking. All transactions are conducted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

If bookings are cancelled for whatever reason, due to exchange rate fluctuations, at times there may be some variance in the amounts refunded compared to the amount initially charged. Silver Wing NZ Ltd does not accept any liability for these variances or any subsequent credit card fees, bank charges or third party booking agent fees relating to these transfers to customers accounts. Silver Wing NZ Ltd reserve the right to amend timetables, cancel tours, substitute vehicles, change restaurants and wineries, amend specials or offers and alter ticket prices at any time.

All agreements and contracts shall be subject solely to New Zealand law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts. In the event of a cancellation or amendment to your booking, the notification period is in NZ time (NZST). Our cancellation refund policy is below. If you are travelling to Marlborough by air or sea, Silver Wing strongly recommend you obtain your own travel insurance to cover circumstances such as flight or cruise ship delays/diversions/cancellations, or Covid19/other illness affecting passengers ability to travel on the day.

If you are able to travel on another day we will endeavour to rebook your tour date where possible.  Silver Wing NZ Ltd, its directors or employees shall not be held liable for costs associated with any missed flights or cruise ship departures due to circumstances reasonably beyond our control, such as (but not limited to) unexpected road closures, flooding, landslide, tsunami or earthquake.  

In accordance with NZ law all of our vehicles are smoke-free zones and the consumption of alcohol is not permitted within any vehicle.

For the safety of guests, staff and partners, Silver Wing NZ Ltd - and its partners - reserves the right to refuse to serve tour or charter guests and cancel tours or charters, due to excessive intoxication and without refund. In circumstances where staff judge the level of intoxication to be such that it may be unsafe for the individual concerned to travel or for staff or other guests to travel with that person, the intoxicated guest may be refused entry to Silver Wing vehicles or our partners premises and asked to find their own return transport at their own cost.

Where property damage is sustained by Silver Wing Limousines or its partners, a spoilage fee may be charged.

By making a booking you are consenting to these terms & conditions.

Cancellations: In the event that you cancel your booking, refunds (minus any booking/credit card fees) will be granted when Silver Wing NZ Ltd receives the following notification prior to departure;

More than 7 days: 100% refund less booking fees.

Less than 7 days: No refund.

Picton Cruise Ship Shore Excursion Cancellation Policy: Customers who have booked a Picton Cruise Ship Shore Excursion will receive a full refund if the ship does not dock at Picton due to weather or other event. This only applies to cruise ships appearing on the Port Marlborough Cruise Ship arrival schedule. This refund policy is for Picton Cruise Ship Shore Excursion bookings only and does not apply to Wine Time, Wing It or The Marlborough Experience Tour bookings.

In all other circumstances our normal cancellation policy applies.
